Services Description
Facilities FAA operated control tower, 6 AM - 9 PM daily.

Three multi-directional runways, each over 5,000' (14-32 @ 7,300'; 4-22 @ 6,701' & 18-36 @ 5,000') and capable of sustaining landing loads up to 580,000 +/- pounds. For additional information, please click here or contact the Airport Director. Two primary runways are 150 ft. wide, while the general aviation strip is 75 ft. wide. All taxiways are 50 ft. wide.

Precision instrument approach systems (ILS, VOR-DME, REILS, VASI, PAPI, and SDF.) Combination of medium-to-high intensity runway and taxi lights. When the control tower is closed, airport lighting is pilot controlled.

Equipment Eight modern snow removal vehicles that operate on a written removal plan.

On-site emergency personnel, equipped with crash, fire and rescue vehicles - including an Oshkosh T-6.

Daily on-site maintenance fleet.

Services Weathermation computerized weather information system linked with the federal aviation service station. Call 608.758.1723

ATIS - Frequency 128.25

On-site fire station with mutual aid from the City of Janesville.

On-site security provided by the Rock County Sheriff's Department.

Aircraft charter, hanger, instruction, rental repair, training and fuel sales available from several fixed based operators.

On-site automobile rental agency.

Full service terminal, complete with conference room, restaurant and an aircraft sales office.
